The Emerson College - Boylston Place Residence Hall Site comprises of 1, 2, and 3 Boylston Place and egress easement south of the properties 130 - 140 Boylston St. and east of Emerson Piano Row Residence Hall. The building is comprised of a new 18-story, 90,000-sf, 375-bed residence hall with views and adjacent walking to Boston Common. This was a critical building in meeting the need for more on-campus housing, while giving its creative students inspired spaces for community and connection. The residence hall incorporates the facade of the Ancient Landmark Building, an eclectic combination of Queen Anne and Romanesque revival architecture. Residence options include suites, singles, doubles, and triples. One of the hall’s defining design features is its five common rooms dispersed throughout: The Patio, The Flytower Lobby, The Kitchen, Odd Fellows, and The Loft.
